To preserve the rounded amigurumi shape, store the puppy sitting upright rather than pressed flat. Keep the flower hat, watering can, and flower pot in the same display area, but avoid stacking them on top of the puppy because small flowers can bend.

If dust gathers on the loop-stitch ears, use a soft dry brush and brush downward from the top of each ear. Avoid pulling the loops. If a loop becomes too long, gently trim only the loose tip, not the anchored stitch.

For long-term display, keep the finished crochet puppy away from direct sunlight. Bright yarn colors such as coral red, yellow, green, and sky blue can fade if left in strong sun for many weeks. A shaded shelf or craft display case is best.

Before gifting, check every sewn piece carefully. Tug lightly on the ears, muzzle, arms, sandals, flowers, bag strap, and buttons. If the item is intended for a young child, embroider the eyes and buttons instead of using plastic safety eyes or hard buttons.
